Mediterranean and Brazilian dishes are cleverly updated by the restaurant’s chef, Mateus Marangoni, who delights in creating colourful, flavoursome food. From Asia to Brazil via France, local, seasonal products are used for inspiring new dishes: foie gras is combined with cachaça (a Brazilian spirit), picanha steak is served with farofa (breadcrumbs fried with banana and bacon), prawns are prepared in tiger’s milk (with lime and peppers), aubergines are steamed and served with a turbot fillet and dashi (a Japanese soup).
Every day, the chef prepares 4 starters, 8 main courses and 4 desserts: treat yourself to something deliciously original.

The restaurant at the 4-star Hotel Sainte-Victoire can be privatised for personal events (weddings, baptisms, family parties and more) or professional events (seminars, business dinners, team-building days). The property has a room for 30 seated diners and a terrace for 30 diners.
